AffiliateVA is a 100% remote-first organization. This means:

Employment Types

We work with talent through a mix of employment relationships:

  • Full-Time Employees (FTEs): Eligible for benefits, bonuses, and stock options (in select countries)

  • Part-Time Team Members: Fixed or flexible hours, ideal for specialists or students

  • Contractors/Freelancers: Project-based or retainer agreements for specific functions

  • Virtual Assistants (VAs): Based in multiple countries, working across marketing, support, and operations

Onboarding & Probation

All new hires go through a structured onboarding process that includes:

Compensation & Reviews

AffiliateVA believes in fair, performance-based compensation. Salaries or rates are determined based on:

  • Role and market benchmarks

Team members undergo bi-annual performance reviews with opportunities for bonuses, promotions, or contract renewals.

Legal Compliance

We follow local employment laws in each region where we hire. For U.S.-based employees, we comply with:
